This $10 restriction is really easy to make - you can easily earn $10 within the first hour of signing up. It is really not that difficult to earn the $10 minimum.They also have a daily survey that you can do that usually pays $0.80. The surveys aren't usually that long, and can usually be finished in a couple minutes.
